2014 Dickens Dinner at Circa 1886

This holiday season, Circa 1886 will travel back in time to retell a classic Christmas story. Together, Chef Marc Collins and Storyteller Tim Lowry will transport you to Victorian England. You will enjoy a lively retelling of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol,” as you feast on a spectacular four-course dinner. Dickens Dinner 1

First Course: Foie Gras Custard with Fig Gêlee, Candied Walnuts, Frisee, Bliss 9 Vinegar

Second Course: Curried Parsnip Soup with Parsley n’ Pumpkin Seed Pistou

Main Course: Cranberry Braised Lamb Shank with Cornbread Stuffing, Kale, Horseradish Cream

Sweet Finish: Sir Scott’s Christmas Pudding
