This November, Circa 1886 Restaurant and Chef Marc Collins will host the 3rd Annual Wild Game Dinner. Inspired by the harvest season and the flavors of the field, Chef Marc Collins and Pastry Chef Scott Lovorn have created a hearty and delicious four-course menu. The menu highlights four different enticing and exotic game meats paired with unique Southern accompaniments.
