2017 Bourbon and Bacon Dinner at Circa 1886

For the third year, Circa 1886 Restaurant will host a Bourbon and Bacon Dinner. This year, Buffalo Trace Bourbons are paired with Chef Marc Collins’ cuisine to bring a bourbon and bacon inspired menu to the table. Join us on April 19th for a lively evening, and a celebration of the South’s favorite food and drink pairing. The evening will kick off at 6:30 pm with a reception on the patio, before the party moves inside and the real fun begins. Guests will delight in a mouthwatering four-course dinner paired with original cocktails made with Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace, and Blanton’s Single Barrel bourbons. From the boozy and refreshing B&T Punch to the decadent and delicious “Death by Bacon” third course, this is an event you don’t want to miss. And of course, no dinner at Circa 1886 is complete without a dessert that will put all others to shame.

The Bourbon and Bacon Dinner will start at 6:30 on Wednesday April 19th. The cost of the event is $85 per person excluding tax, gratuity, and additional beverages. Reservations are going fast, so call 843-853-7828 to reserve your seat!
