First Course – Smoked Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp, Pickled Ginger,“C” Weed Salad, Carolina Gold Rice, Wasabi Crunch, Tobiko

Second Course – Chestnut & Apple Soup, Foie Gras Custard, Celery Gelée, Truffle Butter

Third Course – Porcini Ravioli, Butternut Squash Puree, Lemon Powder, Prosciutto, Fried Sage, Maple Pecan Demi-Glace

Fourth Course -Moonfish, Macadamia Coconut Coulis, Red Curry Braised Pineapple, Okinawa Sweet Potato, Papadum Chip, Spinach, Orange, Scallions

Fifth Course- Tomahawk Shortrib, Fig Vincotto Glace, Blue Cheese, Fennel Pollen, Honey, Baby Carrots, Asparagus, Anson Mills Grits

Trio of Desserts – Churros, Chocolate Tamale, Westbrook White Thai Pot au Crème

The cost is $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity) which includes six courses and a glass of champagne. There’s more bubbly where that came from.
