Beer on the patio might not be the first thing you think of when you envision an evening at Circa 1886, but we are gearing up for a casual evening, raising our glasses with a few local brews. So pull out your favorite pair of blue jeans, dust off those boots, and join Chef Marc Collins on Friday, June 13th for our fun and informal Blue Jeans and Craft Beer Dinner at Circa 1886.
From Saison to Stout, this dinner will pair Collins’ artful, southern dishes with craft beer selections from Charleston’s own Freehouse Brewery to bring you a delicious four course dinner. We’ll start with live music and a reception on the courtyard, and then take the party inside where the real fun will begin. Here’s a look at our menu:
First Course – Montreal Veal Burger
Toasted Brioche, Mandarin Orange “Ketchup”, Pickled Okra, Lamb Pancetta, Steak Fry
