Second Course: “Bernaise” Butter Poached Lobster Tail, Black Trumpet Potato Hash, Demi Glace Chantilly, Lemon Curd
Third Course: Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Spiced Apple Tart, Ginger Milk Punch
