First Course: Truffle Goat Cheese Panna Cotta with Honey n’ Pretzel “Pesto”, Prosciutto, Arugula

Second Course: “Bernaise” Butter Poached Lobster Tail, Black Trumpet Potato Hash, Demi Glace Chantilly, Lemon Curd

Third Course: Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Spiced Apple Tart, Ginger Milk Punch

Fourth Course: Seared Loup De Mer, Root Vegetable Stew, Baby Clams, Green Tomato Tartar Sauce, Wild Rice

Fifth Course: Roasted Buffalo Tenderloin, Maple Chestnut Stuffing, Celery Root Puree, Acorn Squash and Cranberry Demi Glace

Sweet Finish: A Trio of Desserts – Truffle Caramel Corn Ice Cream, White Chocolate Dipped Dried Corn Pralines, Spiced Blood Orange Sweet Potato “Pie”, Warm Hazelnut and Honey Chocolate Cake
