It took us hours to pry Penelope away from the Fulton Lane Inn, but we finally got her to the airport. It is so hard to leave Charleston behind. It proves especially difficult after vacationing for five weeks, sleeping soundly at beautiful inns, touring the city with Charleston experts- AND- making so many fabulous friends.
During her Holy City adventure, Penelope gained quite a following and made hundreds of new friends online and throughout the city. A total of twenty-five people correctly guessed her whereabouts each week. She tossed those 25 names into her big ole’ floppy hat and drew one winning name…
Join us in congratulating Penelope’s chosen follower, Mandy Mayfield!
Mandy, get ready and grab a traveling partner! You and a companion will soon enjoy a trip to Charleston with an overnight stay at the Fulton Lane Inn, dinner at Circa 1886 Restaurant and a tour of the city from Ms. P’s new friends at Bulldog Tours. Penelope thanks you for following along each week, Mandy. The Charming Inns family can’t wait to meet you!
Penelope is so grateful to each of her followers. She had the time of her life and wishes she could give everyone their own Charleston getaway. For a little fun in consolation…
Penelope hopped on Pinterest and created a pin board to commemorate her trip. She’s pinned some of her favorite Charleston vacation photos and suggestions:
Penelope posted her entire itinerary and each of her check-ins to a Foursquare list for your reference:
Penelope invites you to re-pin, re-post and leave behind your tips and suggestions for exploring Charleston.
