View from the Kitchen: New Menu Time

Hot off the Instagram feed! Here are a few seasonally inspired dishes for your viewing and eating pleasure. It’s time to unveil a new late winter/early spring menu here at Circa 1886. If you fell in love with that Farm Egg, Pork Chop or Bass you tried this January- your taste buds are in luck. Quite a few of Chef Collins’ Restaurant Week creations earned a spot on our more permanent seasonal menu.

With our new menu comes some really fun ingredients. Fun, colorful and in some cases, totally unsuspecting- in the most delicious kind of way.
