2016 Wild Game Dinner at Circa 1886

This November, Circa 1886 Restaurant will celebrate the harvest season with our annual Wild Game Dinner. Chef Marc Collins and pastry chef Scott Lovorn have collaborated with guest chef Michael Kramer of Jianna in Greenville to create a delicious four-course menu. This mouthwatering dinner highlights seasonal ingredients perfectly paired with Lowcountry game meats. Feast your eyes on the full menu below:   First Course RABBIT N’ WILD MUSHROOM GALANTINE Pistachio Butter, Brandied Cherries, Endive Salad, Blood Orange Vinaigrette   Second Course POTATO GNOCCHI Duck Confit, Fried Brussels, Smoked Bacon, Grana Padano   Third Course COFFEE CRUSTED VENISON LOIN Pickled Beet, Puffed Rice, Cherry, Red Wine Gelée   Sweet Finish FOIE GRAS CRÈME BRÛLÉE Duck Cracklin Biscuit, Habanero Peach Preserves, Goat Cheese, Cured Duck Breast   Join us on November 10 at 6:30pm for our seasonal Wild Game Dinner.
