2017 Wild Game Dinner with Garden and Gun

Every November, Circa 1886 celebrates the change in season and flavors of the field with a Wild Game Dinner. This November, our festive dinner will be hosted by Garden & Gun Editor in Chief, David DiBenedetto in celebration of the release of G&G‘s newest book, S is for Southern. This book, is a guide to the South, from Absinthe to Zydeco. Guests are invited to gather for small bites, cocktails, and to meet DiBenedetto, where he will be mingling and signing books. Guests will then move inside to enjoy a delicious four-course dinner where Chef Marc Collins will showcase some of his winning wild game recipes. Take a peek at the delectable menu below.
