Charleston’s love of rum is one of many examples of Caribbean influence on Lowcountry cuisine and culture. Enjoy a spirited evening as Chef Marc Collins takes you on a journey of rum drinking and explores the influences on cuisine brought from the West Indies and Caribbean. The dinner kicks off with a reception on the patio, followed by a four-course dinner.
