Bourbon and Bacon Dinner at Circa 1886

This October, Chef Marc Collins and Circa 1886 will welcome Southern Living cookbook author, Morgan Murphy, for a four-course dinner and book signing event. The party will start as every party should, with Shoo-fly Punch, Loaded Baked Potato Dip, and Vidalia Onion Spread on a Fried Green Tomato. We will be celebrating Murphy's new book which features recipes from the South’s favorite food groups – Bourbon and Bacon. At each course you will find one of these delicious flavors making it the perfect dinner for a bacon lover or bourbon enthusiast. Should you choose to buy a copy of Bourbon & Bacon, Murphy will be close by to chat about the book and sign your copy. From Bacon Ale Soup to Salted Bourbon Caramel, expect fall flavors and come ready for perfectly paired cocktails.
