Sustainable Seafood Dinner at Circa 1886 Restaurant

Happy couples enjoy dinner at Circa 1886 CHARLESTON, SC—July 2, 2012— Circa 1886 Restaurant in downtown Charleston has long been a supporter of the SC Aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SSI), a program that promotes the use of local and sustainable seafood and encourages improvements of fishing and fish-farming methods. On Monday, July 23, Circa 1886 will host a special Sustainable Seafood dinner to benefit SSI. Executive Chef Marc Collins has put together a five-course menu with wine pairings, featuring a variety of sustainable seafood and local ingredients. The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. at Circa 1886, located at 149 Wentworth Street. Cost is $65.00 per person, which includes wine pairings but excludes gratuity and tax.
