An evening when diners travel to three different downtown locations by horse drawn carriage for traditional holiday fixings and merrymaking. Here's a sneak peek inside a night of progressive dining- menu, photos and all. Stop 1: Hors d’ oeuvres at the Kings Courtyard Inn Kings Courtyard Inn patio Christmas decorated Your night starts at 5:30 on King Street at the historic B&B Kings Courtyard Inn. Mingle in the open air courtyard, or take a seat inside to nosh on appetizers like Sweet Potato, Pecan and Maple Dip with Cinnamon Dusted Pitas and Pulled Pork Puffs. Sip on Pumpkin Infused Eggnog or Spiced Bourbon Apple Cider before dinner time begins at your next stop... Stop 2: Dinner at Circa 1886 Restaurant Guests enjoying holiday dinner at Circa 1886 The illuminated streets of downtown Charleston are your guide to Circa 1886 Restaurant, set in the gardens of the luxurious Wentworth Mansion. Executive Chef Marc Collins has created a three-course prix fixe menu for you. Start with Cauliflower Soup with Toasted Almonds and segue to a salad of Romaine Heart, Carrots, Chick Peas, Garlic Crunch and a Buttermilk Dill dressing before delighting in the main course. Choose from a Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop with a Local Honey Mustard Demi, Cranberry Beans and Collards or Roasted Bass with a Goat Cheese Mornay, Fig Grits and Brussels Sprouts. Stop 3: Dessert & Coffee at the John Rutledge House Inn  Guests celebrating Christmas at John Rutledge House Saving room for dessert shouldn't even be a question. After dinner, you'll descend on historic Broad Street, lined with glimmering Palmetto trees and home to our John Rutledge House Inn. In the historic bed and breakfast's grand ballroom, a spread of Petite Fours and cookies await. Our Pastry Chef Scott Lovorn's signature holiday treats are back again as well: Peppermint Pluff Mud Bites and Bourbon & Maple Pecan Pie. A sweet finale to a wonderful evening.
