The Perfect Late Summer Cocktail

The-PalomaOur Beverage Director, John Martindale, has been mixing up a delicious new cocktail. The Paloma is the ideal drink for those last few summer evenings, and is perfect for the transition into Charleston's warm fall. The Palmoa is a light and citrusy mix of tequila and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. John also adds a Tarragon Tincture that is made in-house which sets this drink apart from the traditional Palmoa recipe.   Stop by for our 5 for 5 at 5 Happy Hour every Monday through Saturday from 5-7 pm, or try this summer cocktail at home with John's recipe below.
